Pelikan M200 Demonstrator at Scottsdale Pen

The Pelikan Special Edition M200 Demonstrator fountain pen has just arrived at Scottsdale Pen. The demonstrator is a showcase for the now famous differential piston mechanism, first introduced in 1929 and achieving great popularity through these many decades with little variation. Highly polished crystal clear acrylic resin with gold-plated nib and fittings are the main features of this modest beauty.

Acme Beatles Card Case Recall

We have just been informed that all previously released Acme Beatles card cases, which were part of the "record set" pen and card case combinations, have been recalled. The clear coat on each case is prone to peeling off, so Acme is in the process of rebuilding all of those items and will automatically ship those to us in about six weeks. If you purchased one of the sets in question, and even if your case has not peeled yet, a replacement case will be available to you at no charge.

Acme did keep track of the serial numbers that each dealer purchased, so we will be receiving the correct numbers to replace your item.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but we are very pleased with the pro-active approach that Acme is taking on this issue.
