With all you hear about "Black Friday" I figured I'd update you on happenings in our little slice of retail heaven. In a word, "busy". Overall, we had a very busy week with Saturday being the big day. Interestingly enough, we did almost equal sales volume on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. We had a strong November to mark the one-year anniversary of Scottsdale Pen.
But we were busy for other reasons last week, too. Our son came in from NAU for the holiday weekend, while our daughter threw a large party on Saturday night to celebrate her 17th birthday. And, we're breaking in a new puppy, too. Yep, we had our hands full last week.

Hi Karen—I just wanted to stop by and thank you and Jay for having been so incredibly nice and helpful two or so weeks ago, when I stopped in to try a Carène, a Sapporo, and I think a Pelikan....I've been *loving* my PR Tanzanite, though I still haven't tried that golden-brown cartridge you so thoughtfully gave me.
I'll be back for more ink and hopefully a pen in the new year (I can't get that Sapporo out of my mind ;o) and just wanted to say, congrats on a good November and hope your holiday sales stay strong!
PS—you guys don't happen to stock the Namiki VP in the LE purple color, do you? :o)

I'm sorry I didn't see your comment at a much earlier time. The purple Namiki vp's sold out before they even came in. The supply is very tightly controlled by Namiki, so the limiteds tend to go very quickly. Happy Holidays!
